Los Visionarios

Architentural models

We have combined two projects in one, one being the intentional community we call Los Visionarios and two the Eco-Venus Country Club.  The Club presently offers four style homes in the $46,500-150,000 US dollar range,  see www.EcoVenusCountryClub.com for more information.  Note: Members of the Country Club are NOT required to be members of Los Visionarios.

We also offer individual lots for private homes for $22,500—$45,000  Lots includes metered potable water, private vehicle road entrance and metered electricity.  Buyers must present architectural drawings for approval before purchase. See www.EcoVenusCountryClub.com

All members must pay club dues. Household membership start at $55 and may go up as high as $150 per month for the larger luxury homes.  This fee is for all outside ground maintenance, i.e. road, gardens, pools, etc.

We are also offering the option of a communal building, price ranger from $15-30,000 and includes membership fee in a reserved area.

Our goal is to build most buildings in dome shape as illustrate on the Venus Project web site. see: The Venus Project photo gallery section. See www.domegroup.org and www.monolithicdome.com  for some ideas… We have already completed 90% construction of a 6580sf community-building dome.

NOTE: By NO means are we limiting ourselves to just these models nor to just dome shape, we welcome any other designs, especially, any which are ecological.   These building are the most durable and safe building one can build. We are working with a team of professional architects and engineers to design a very ecological alternative to steel and concrete, in fact we are sure all future constructions we do will be many times more ecological than our first one, our goal is in fact to set an example of how to build modern structures in a very ecological way.
